Couleecap unites the diverse voices of the Coulee Region - low income individuals, elected officials, and representatives from grassroots community organizations - to fight poverty in our community.  Each year, Couleecap helps more than 16,000 families, including 40,000 people, in our region achieve self-sufficiency, by providing:
