The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)
Provides food to pantries, meal sites, and shelters. Couleecap acts as an Emergency Food Organization handling the distribution of TEFAP food to pantries in the four county area.

- Bring an I.D. (does not have to be a photo i.d.).
- Bring a piece of mail with your address on it.
