People Experiencing Homelessness

OVERVIEW
Couleecap homeless programs serve households currently experiencing homelessness. Couleecap works with a team of local agencies who help provide housing options for families in need. Please complete the program prescreen so we can connect you to the appropriate resources.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Age 18 or older
Service Area: Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon Counties

Housing Stabilization Supports

OVERVIEW
Couleecap may be able to assist with the following resources:

Rental assistance
First month rent or
Security deposit
Utility assistance available if households are in disconnect status.

Programs can change depending on community need, available funds and may be seasonal.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Under 80% County Median Income
Age 18 or older
Service Area: Crawford, Monroe, or Vernon Counties
DOES NOT have financial assistance in La Crosse County
