Complete the income attestation form AND Landlord Consent for the Release of Confidential Information for WERA. Make sure you providing the landlord's contact information.

Step 2: Complete the top portion of the Renter Verification Form. A WERA Case Manager will be contacting your landlord for the remaining information.

Step 3: Provide proof of any income made within the prior 1 month. For example, if you are applying in March, you will need to provide proof of income received in February. Proof of income could be in the form of check stubs, Social Security and Social Security Disability, unemployment, child support print outs, Supplemental Security Income, Veterans Benefits, or Self-Generated Income and any other form of income.
