Westby, WI - Couleecap, Inc. is celebrating Community Action Month, dedicated to recognizing the success of the national Community Action Network and the work still to be done to help low-income families achieve economic stability. Couleecap is one of over 1,000 independent Community Action Agencies that lead anti-poverty efforts in their own local communities.

4.26.2018 Bangor Pop-Up Shop Program Seeks Landlord Participation

La Crosse, WI - The Village of Bangor has partnered with Couleecap, Inc. and La Crosse County to create a Pop-Up Shop Program in downtown Bangor. Modeled after the successful Viroqua Pop-Up Shop Program, the effort serves as a catalyst for local, small business development.

4.24.2018 Almost $2 million available for low-income households affected by July 2017 floods

La Crosse, WI - Some low- and moderate-income households in Monroe and Trempealeau Counties will be eligible to receive money for repairs related to the July 2017 floods thanks to a partnership between the State of Wisconsin, La Crosse, Monroe and Trempealeau Counties, City of Arcadia, Western Dairyland, and Couleecap, Inc.
