Donating or Selling Your Property Will Help Local
|
How it Works
Tell us about your property. Details that are helpful include address, owner name, type of property, square footage, number of bedrooms, and whether it is currently rented, owner occupied, or vacant.
We will work with you to review the property. This may include:
- title search - tax and lien search to ensure that the property meets our needs as well - A walk-through of the property - Reviewing property size and location Once the review is complete, we will work with you to make a cash offer on the property. If a tax-deductible donation is being provided, an appraisal will be ordered. A home inspection paid for by Couleecap will be requested as part of the offer to purchase. Any additional negotiations will be discussed before heading to the closing table. After closing, you will receive your tax deduction certificate, if applicable.
