HE+ Water Conservation Program Services
The HE+ Water Conservation Program is a year-round program that provides assistance to eligible low-income Wisconsin households with the repair and replacement of leaky or non-working water heaters, leaky fixtures, toilets and/or piping.
Water Conservation Program Services are funded by Public Benefits and eligible customers need to live in a territory of a participating public benefit utility. How do I qualify?
If you qualify for WHEAP you may qualify for services.
Service Area: Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties. How do I apply?
Step 1: Apply for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP)
Click here for online application You can also apply for WHEAP by contacting your county. Call for an appointment between October 1st and May 15th to receive a regular benefit. Applications can be accepted year round.
